Tundra Twister
One-of-a-kind 360-degree pendulum thrill ride
Guests will marvel at Tundra Twister, a giant 360-degree spinning swing ride in the Frontier Canada area of the park. The only one of its kind in the world, Tundra Twister will have guests spinning, twisting and twirling upside-down at heights of 47 metres (154 feet) and speeds of 75 km/h. Choose one of 40 seats on two gondolas and get ready to swing nearly as high as Wonder Mountain, while spinning on multiple axes. It’s a ride you won’t soon forget!
Rider Safety Information

- A giant looping ride with rotating gondola arms that will have guests spinning, twisting and twirling 360-degrees, upside down, at heights of 47 meters and speeds of 75 kilometres per hour.
- A shoulder harness with a between the legs safety belt secures each Rider over the head and across the chest.
- Due to the nature of the restraints, this ride may not accommodate Guests of a larger size. A test seat is located at the ride entrance which can be used to ensure proper fit and comfort prior to waiting in line.
- Guests must have a minimum of two functioning extremities; one functioning arm and one functioning leg.
- Two functioning arms are sufficient instead of one functioning arm and on functioning leg if the Guest has a normal centre of gravity and lower extremities are sufficiently strong to support weight against the restraint under the dynamic conditions of the ride. Amputations must be at the knee or below.
- Guests with a cervical collar, neck brace or broken collar bone are not permitted to ride. Guests with a full arm cast, braced arm cast or full leg cast are not permitted to ride.
- Guests with any prosthesis must consult a Rides Associate or Guest Services prior to waiting in line or riding.
- Alternate access is available at the ride exit to the right.. A wheelchair lift is available to transport Guests to the ride platform. Please use the button at the exit to receive operator assistance.
- Riders will have to transfer into the seat, on their own or with the assistance of a companion.
- Please do not use the ride restraints for support while entering and exiting, as they will shift.
