Test your thrill-compatibility
With over 70 rides and attractions, Canada’s Wonderland is a great place to really get to know your partner and test your thrill-level. Are you an adrenaline-junkie? Does your partner prefer to play it safe? Find out as you both experience thrills in all shapes and sizes. The adrenaline rush is kind of like falling in love: racing heart, sweaty palms, high octane levels of excitement! And it’s the perfect opportunity to pretend you’re scared and sneak a cuddle… *wink, wink*
Catch a show
We have various live shows running all summer long, so you can take a break from the rides and get swept up in our exciting entertainment lineup. With acts like the Ultimate Thrills Circus, Cirque Canadien, The West Coast Lumberjacks, The Chinese Acrobatic Show, and more, there’s literally something for everyone. Anywhere else, you’re spending $100+ to see shows of this quality. Come to Wonderland and the shows are INCLUDED with your admission. Bonus!
Take in the view
Nothing says romance like taking in a really great view together, so why not soar above the park with a ride on Windseeker? You can sit back and get to know each other better while enjoying the scenic views. And when the lights go down, the park will light up creating a romantic setting.
Cool off if things heat up
With access to two parks for the price of one, take advantage of Splash Works together and have a race down Riptide Racer (the loser buys Funnel Cake), share a tube ride down Super Soaker, hold hands down the Lazy River, or lounge around in a cabana. With 20-acres of waterpark, you can really make the most of your day together and have some wet and wild fun.
Special events add something special
Plan your date to coincide with one of our many events and festivals taking place at the park this summer to really make the most of your day. Drop into our Brew & BBQ Festival for great food and brews, check out Celebration Canada to take in a spectacular fireworks show, experience the tastes and sounds of the Mediterranean at Taste of Italy or Taste of Greece, or bust out your lederhosen and join in on the fun at Oktoberfest. Best of all, entrance is free with your park admission so you won’t have that awkward pause to see who’s paying the bill.
Share a Shake
Travel back in time to the ‘50s for a fun trip down memory lane. Grab a booth and share a shake (or float) at Coasters for a vintage diner experience. No poodle skirts necessary. And don’t forget to grab two straws!
