Summer vacation is on! Parents, as you look through your calendar wondering ‘How am I going to keep these kids busy and entertained?’ -- let us help you out with that.

Canada’s Wonderland has plenty happening this season, with fun for kids of all ages – even the little ones - and if they’re under three years they get in free!

Explore two kids areas - Planet Snoopy and KidZville: With more than 25 rides, including Flying Eagles, Character Carrousel, Ghoster Coaster and classics Jokey’s Jalopies and Swan Lake, kids will get a real thrill on these attractions made just for them. PARENT TIP: Grab a park map and start at the far end of one of the kids’ zones and work your way across to the other.

Meet Marvel Superheroes and Paw Patrol at KidZfest: Canada’s Wonderland is throwing a week-long party July 28 to Aug. 5 just for kids! Featuring live entertainment, dance parties, a foam pit and special visits from MARVEL Superheroes, Paw Patrol, Shimmer and Shine, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and more! PARENT TIP: Check the meet and greet schedule online to find out when your child’s favourite character will be visiting.

Take a ride in the all-new Flying Canoes: Most canoes float on water, but ours fly! Hop aboard one of our two-person canoes for a magical journey on this year’s newest family ride. PARENT TIP: Kids sit on the inside seat and can push a button to control how high they go.

Amaze your kids with one of our thrilling shows: If your kids love action, be sure to catch the awesome stunts and acrobatics in our daily live shows! Don’t miss the Victoria Falls High Divers, the Flying Frontenacs, Chicago Boyz Acrobatic Team (July 27-Aug. 12), and the Chinese Acrobatic Show (Aug. 14- Sept. 3). PARENT TIP: Check performance times in advance online and get to the venue a little early to get the best seats.

Catch up with Snoopy, Charlie Brown and the gang: All your favourite Peanuts characters are here at Canada’s Wonderland, with daily meet and greets and live shows like Snoopy’s Dog Days of Summer and the Peanuts Block Party! PARENT TIP: Stick around after the show to get your kids’ picture taken with a Peanuts cast member.

Splash and play at the waterpark: Bring the bathing suits and cool off at Splash Works where kids can play at the new Lakeside Lagoon wading pool and family slides, interactive Sprayground, Splash Station and Pumphouse, plus all other slides and attractions. PARENT TIP: Watch the kids from one of our Muskoka chairs in the shade or rent a pool-side cabana at White Water Bay wave pool.
