The interactive Halloween Haunt lantern is back, ready to flicker, flash, and glow with the scares all around you at Canada’s Wonderland’s Halloween Haunt! Whether you’re brave enough to explore haunted mazes, wander through scare zones, or take in one of our sinister live shows, this eerie keepsake reacts to the world of Haunt in real time.

It’s not just a light. It’s your connection to the spirits that haunt the park…

How the Halloween Haunt Interactive Lantern Works

At the base of your lantern, you’ll find two functions, each unlocking a different way to experience Canada’s Wonderland’s Halloween Haunt:

🕯️ Lantern Tagging Experience

Choose this mode to connect with other lantern bearers. When two lanterns meet, they’ll “sense” each other and react with ghostly light patterns. It’s a spooky social experiment you’ll have to see to believe!

👻 Park Interactive Experience

In this mode, your lantern communicates with the park itself. As you move through Halloween Haunt’s mazes, scare zones, and select retail locations, your lantern will respond to hidden activation points, illuminating as if the spirits are following you.

💡 Psst… when you find an activation spot, press the button on the front of your lantern to bring it to life!

Where to Find Halloween Haunt Lantern Activations

You’ll find activation zones across Halloween Haunt, from eerie pathways to haunted stages. Keep an eye out for the Grave Digger’s lantern glow during live shows and explore every dark corner to see what awakens when your lantern lights up.

Pick up your interactive lantern at most merchandise locations or purchase your lantern online and check out the map to see all the activation points and explore every corner of the park to see what awakens in the dark! 💡
