2024 Pricing:
- Students (Now through December 31, 2024): $38.99 + HST (includes park and program admission)
- Students (2025 Season): $38.99 + HST (includes park and program admission)
- 1 complimentary admission ticket for every 15 purchased (Grades 9 – 12)
- 1 complimentary admission ticket for every 10 purchased (Grades K – 8)

All school boards are insured with Canada’s Wonderland. A liability certificate is available for your board upon request to help you obtain approval for your field trip.
Unless otherwise noted, all ticket orders (admission and meal/drink add-ons) must be received 14 days prior to your visit to allow sufficient time to process your order.
Admission tickets and meal/drink add-ons are non-refundable. No rain checks are offered.
Unless you have purchased tickets directly online, groups of 100+ or those who ordered via order form will receive their tickets digitally through MyGroup Tickets, an online platform where you’ll receive and manage your group ticket order. Otherwise, they will be sent to you directly.

Please note that we do not keep credit card information on file and will require this information again if you wish to pay via credit card. Changes made less than 30 hours in advance of your arrival, may not be accommodated.
Payments can be received via cheques (no personal cheques), money orders, VISA, MasterCard, and AMEX. Cheques should be made payable to Canada’s Wonderland. Purchase orders are not accepted. All school cheques will be processed through Canada’s Wonderland Accounts Receivable department for approval. If declined, another method of payment will be requested.
Note that we require payment at least 14 days in advance.
TICKET SALES ARE FINAL AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Prices, hours, dates, and attraction availability are subject to change without notice. Canada’s Wonderland reserves the right to be closed to the public and Season Passholders for private events, capacity limitations, and other reasons. Certain attractions may be closed due to inclement weather, extreme temperatures, maintenance, and other reasons. No rain checks or refunds.
We’re cashless! For your convenience, Cash-to-Card kiosks are located throughout the park to convert your cash to a prepaid debit card that can be used anywhere Mastercard [CM1] is accepted for no additional fee. For more information, please visit www.canadaswonderland.com/cashless.

One chaperone admission ticket will be provided for every 10 admission tickets purchased, grades K-8, or 15 admission tickets purchased, grades 9-12. Complimentary tickets do not include meal/drink add-ons. Please note that season passholders in your group do not count toward the total group number that would qualify for the complimentary tickets, with the exception of Festival of Music.
There are no complimentary ticket barcodes provided for meal options, Halloween Haunt or WinterFest.
In the event of inclement weather or unscheduled maintenance, certain rides may not be available. Programs, venues, dates, and fees are subject to change and/or cancellation.
No outside food, beverages or coolers are allowed in the park. Exceptions are made for guests with special dietary needs to include food allergies and baby food and formula. Guests with special dietary needs should stop at Guest Services located at the Main Gate when they arrive at the park.

Bus/motor coach parking is free. Bus drivers will receive a complimentary admission ticket when presenting their Commercial Driver's License (CDL) to Guest Services. Complimentary admission tickets do not include meal/drink add-ons.

- All ticket policies, details, etc. are on the corresponding Ticket Order Form listed above.
- Price includes the performance and Park admission for the day.
- Tickets are to be prepaid using a credit card (AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD) or cheque. All unused paid admission tickets are refundable/returnable.
- Tickets will be sent by courier prior to performance unless group is from the USA. Canada’s Wonderland does not courier tickets to the USA – tickets will be provided to you upon arrival by a Group Sales Representative. If there is not enough time to courier or we do not courier to you then a Group Sales Representative will give you your tickets when you arrive in the morning.
- Follow bus parking signs and park in the regular bus parking lot. Once parked, check in with POST 2 (security booth) and a Group Sales Representative will come out and meet with you.
- Warm ups can be done by the bus (keep eye out for moving vehicles!)
- 5 minutes before scheduled performance time have the group make their way to POST 2. Security and a Group Sales Representative will escort group through Marching Route.
- Please DO NOT bring any bags for the march through the Park.
- Stage, chairs, stands, mics, amps are NOT provided. All equipment is to be moved by the group. Due to security reasons, we do not turn off or down the piped in music.
- This is an open air performance – no shelter/roofing provided.
- Parade takes about 15 minutes per loop around the path depending on the speed of the group. 30 minutes if looping twice – let your representative know if you want to loop twice. Stand still performances are available upon request and located next to Arthur's Baye in Medieval Faire.
- Changing facilities are not provided. Musicians are welcome to use the washrooms located next to the Arcade to change – most, however, come dressed and change on the bus after performing.
- Marching Bands are NOT adjudicated and no photo is provided – you are not provided an award or plaque unless it is May & June and you specifically request one.
- Once performance is over and group is escorted back to their bus, they are to re-enter through the Front Gate using their admission tickets.
