SEASON PASS FAQ

What are the benefits to owning a 2008 Season Pass?

A Season Pass offers unlimited access to Canada’s Wonderland for the 2008 season! You can ride Canada’s largest coaster Behemoth all day long, spend a whole day enjoying the most exhilarating collection of rides and roller coasters, or head to Splash Works for a splish-splashing good time! Season Passholders also receive 15% off of food purchases at selected locations; as well as 20% merchandise discounts at all locations (excluding film, camera, tobacco and rentals; regular priced products only) throughout the 2008 season.

How do I buy a Season Pass?

The most convenient method of purchasing a Season Pass is through our website here. Tickets purchased through our website can either be e-mailed to your user account, or mailed directly to your home ($4.00 mailing fee applies). Season Passes can also be purchased at our Front Gate Ticket windows (please check our operating hours), through www.ticketmaster.ca or any Ticketmaster outlet (tickets are subject to Ticketmaster service charges).

What are the requirements for a Junior/Senior Season Pass?

Junior Season Passes are valid for children age 3 and over who are under 48” or 122 cm tall when their Season Pass Photo ID is taken. If a child is over the 48”/122cm height restriction at the time of taking their photo ID, the Junior Season Pass can be upgraded to a regular Season Pass (for guests over 48”/122cm) at any ticket window located at the Front Gate.

A Senior Season Pass is valid for guests over the age of 60.

When can I pick up my Cedar Fair Park Jacket?

Guests who purchased their 2008 Season Passes prior to November 11, 2007 are entitled to a Cedar Fair Pullover Jacket. To redeem this offer, please bring your processed season pass to one of our jacket pick up locations. If you are coming to the park during the early processing times, you can pick up your jacket from the Season Pass Processing centre. Click here for a list of Processing Center hours of operation. If you come to the park when it is open, you can pick up your park jacket at the Locker Room. Click here to view of operating calendar.

How do I get my Season Pass I.D. card?

All Season Pass tickets need to be redeemed for a Season Pass I.D. card. This is done before initial entry into the park at our Season Pass Processing Centre located at the Front Gate. At the Processing Centre, a photo will be taken along with information that will be permanently affixed to the Season Pass I.D. card. Only the person whose picture is on the Season Pass will be able to use it to enter Canada’s Wonderland.

When is your Season Pass Processing Center open?

The Season Pass Processing centre will be open April 12th, 2008. Click here for a list of Processing Center hours of operation. Starting Friday May 16th, 2008 Processing Center hours will match our park operating hours.

How does a Parking Pass work?

If purchased, a 2008 Parking Pass is incorporated into a 2008 Season Pass and is valid during regular operating days (not valid during Halloween Haunt). For a Parking Pass to be valid, the Passholder with the Parking Pass will need to be in the vehicle. We recommend families affix the Parking Pass to a child’s Season Pass, which is often used most frequently.

Is Splash Works included in a Season Pass?

What if I forget to bring my Season Pass?

If your Season Pass has been processed, we can provide you with a stamp for the day at our Guest Services window. This can be done up to a maximum of twice after which you will be required to get a replacement pass.

What if I lose my Season Pass?

If your Season Pass has been processed, we can replace it at the Group Sales window located at the Front Gate for a service charge of $15.00 plus tax. Unprocessed Season Passes cannot be replaced, so we encourage all guests to process their Season Pass tickets as soon as possible.

Can my friend or family member use my Season Pass if I’m not using it that day?
