What are the requirements for a Junior/Senior Season Pass?

Junior Season Passes are valid for children age 3 and over who are under 48” or 122 cm tall when their Season Pass Photo ID is taken. If a child is over the 48”/122cm height restriction at the time of taking their photo ID, the Junior Season Pass can be upgraded to a regular Season Pass (for guests over 48”/122cm) at any ticket window located at the Front Gate.

A Senior Season Pass is valid for guests over the age of 60.

How do I get my Season Pass I.D. card?

Skip the Ticket Windows and take your 2010 Season Pass E-Ticket straight to our Processing Centre at the Front Gate where your Season Pass E-Ticket will be processed into an I.D. Card. Please note that the Processing Centre is now closed. Stay tuned for the 2010 processing hours.

How does a Parking Pass work?

If purchased, a 2010 Parking Pass is incorporated into a 2010 Season Pass and is valid during regular operating days (not valid during Halloween Haunt). For a Parking Pass to be valid, the Passholder with the Parking Pass will need to be in the vehicle. We recommend families affix the Parking Pass to a child’s Season Pass, which is often used most frequently.

Is Splash Works included in a Season Pass?

Yes. Our Season Passes allow guests unlimited visits to our waterpark.

Are International Showplace and Wonderland Theatre shows included in a Season Pass?

Yes. Shows that are playing in International Showplace and Wonderland Theatre are included with your Season Pass. Excludes special events.

Do you have a Family Pass?

Due to the varying family sizes of our guests, we now offer discounts on all Season Passes.

What if I forget to bring my Season Pass?

If your Season Pass has been processed, we can provide you with a stamp for the day at our Guest Services window. This can be done up to a maximum of twice after which you will be required to get a replacement pass.

What if I lose my Season Pass?

If your Season Pass has been processed, we can replace it at the Group Sales window located at the Front Gate for a service charge of $20.00 plus tax. Unprocessed Season Passes cannot be replaced, so we encourage all guests to process their Season Pass tickets as soon as possible.

Can my friend or family member use my Season Pass if I’m not using it that day?

No. A Season Pass is non-transferable and is only valid for the person who has processed it. We reserve the right to deny entry to those with unprocessed Season Passes.
