JOB DUTIES:

Maintain performance standards at the highest level of professional expectations at the Park

Take proper care of each assigned character costume and props (where applicable) to ensure that they have the best possible appearance, including minor repair work as assigned and assist fellow Walk-about Character/Escorts to do the same

Maintain a positive rapport with guests and employees at all times

Ensure that all safety standards and practices are met
-
Perform all duties as assigned by Entertainment Management including: cleaning the break room, associated backstage areas, retraining, attending meetings, etc.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates must be a minimum of 15 years of age

Must be between 4'8" and 5'2" in height
-
Mandatory daily participation in physical warm-ups
-
Maintain a high level of performance to ensure a positive guest experience

Able to stand for extended periods of time
-
Able to work outside in a variety of weather conditions wearing a costume
-
Available to work flexible shifts
-
Dependable and enjoy working in a guest oriented and team-based environment

Abide by all Canada’s Wonderland policies and procedures as set out by the Park and the Entertainment Department
