Special Access Entrances for Guests With Limited Mobility:
Canada's Wonderland Ride Admission Policy and Special Access Entrances are designed to help you safely experience our facilities and will make boarding easier. If you require use of a Special Access Entrance to enter a ride, please visit Front Gate Guest Services to obtain a Boarding Pass and Rider Safety Guide. This service is for a Guest with restricted mobility and one support person.
In an effort to be fair to all our guests, Guests with Restricted Mobility may enter via our special access entrance after their party waits in line. Guests may rest in a comfortable spot until the boarding time given to them by the ride operator and then enter the ride via the Special Access Entrance:
- Only one support person may enter through the Special Access Entrance with the Guest with Restricted Mobility.
- Other members of your party are asked to enter the ride in the standard manner through the line. If you wish to ride together once your party is ready to board, you may enter through the Special Access Entrance. Those members of the party who waited in line should advise the ride operators that you will be joining them.
- Canada’s Wonderland personnel are not trained in transferring you from wheelchair to ride unit and are not permitted to do so. You should plan your visit with someone who can physically assist you when necessary.
- Not all rides are listed on the Boarding Pass; for rides not listed, guests may enter via the exit and will be boarded on the next available cycle.
